Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are final

Our cards are digital products delivered instantly. Before paying, you can see every page of your card in the free preview, so you know exactly what you are buying. Once a payment is completed, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

This includes changes of mind, spelling mistakes, changed event details, or a cancelled or postponed wedding. Instead, you can edit your card and download it again at no extra cost, at any time.

Payment problems

If you were charged but your download did not unlock, or you were charged twice for the same card, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID. We will unlock your card or reverse the duplicate charge. Payments that fail at the bank are reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time before paying simply by not completing checkout. Nothing is charged for designing or previewing.
